3. Vehicle Listings

When listing a vehicle for sale on Car Market, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about the vehicle, including its condition, history, and any known defects.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to sell any vehicle you list on the Service and that the sale of such vehicle will not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

Car Market reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate or otherwise violates our policies.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive listings
• Attempting to circumvent any security feature of the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Harvesting or collecting email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service
• Impersonating another person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity

5. Fees and Payments

Car Market may charge fees for certain features of the Service. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Car Market reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time. Changes to the fee structure will be posted on the Service and will take effect immediately.

You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Car Market's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof or the use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration between you and Car Market, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court and the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes, as modified by these Terms.
